MultiSpec written by Stan Houston based on a previous version by Dr. Faiz Rahman 
Multispec will still function normally!

New Feature implemented applies to UniSpec DC data:
-> Reference files can be viewed and applied to produce corrected reflectance.
-> Indices and derivative spectra can be output now.
How to use this version:

1- If you want to apply reference files, click the "Select Reference files" button above the file list box.

2- You will be then greeted with a window that allows you to select files similar to the main window.  Select whichever reference files you want to examine.

3- The files that you click on will appear in the upper most box.  Click the checkboxes next to those files you want plotted.

4- Click the plot button.  This will display the reference files.

5 - You can zoom by dragging the mouse over the area you want to magnify.

To Process indices or output derivative spectra

1- Click "process indices" on the main window

2- Select the reflectance files you wish to work on

3- Select the output mode either Indices, Derivcative spectra or both

4- Select the Indices you wish to calculate

5- Click on OK,

6- Click "Calculate"

7- You will then be prompted for filenames!

*****To change Index formulas:

Open up the "INDEX" file in a text editor such as notepad, not WORD!
Follow the format!
